I was referred to Jimmy Burckhartt by a friend and coworker. I had not used Bay Building or met Mr. Burckhartt before this: We received a 30-day notice just after Thanksgiving from our underwriter that they were going to cancel our homeowners policy if we didn't replace some wood siding by Dec 22 (a Merry Christmas from them). This was our first and only notice so it put us on a tight schedule. I called Mr. Burckhartt and his team squeezed us in between other large projects they have happening in this busy holiday season. It was a few pieces of rotten siding that turned into a much larger project. And they were able to finish well before the deadline, and even fixed some unexpected issues that appeared while repairing what was "required" by our underwriters. Including a roof leak appeared in our kitchen before they began working, and I contacted Jimmy early one morning and asked if he could take a look and he had it taken care of by lunch.

I am grateful that I was referred to Bay Building Co. Even though we have this unexpected stress and expense during the holidays, Mr. Burckhartt and Bay Building Co. made certain that this one one stress that they would take care of for us.
