We had a complete tub/shower renovation up in Bass Lake. Remove the old tub, shower and tiling and install a new shower with wall paneling and a shower floor. It came out great. The company was excellent with the sales recommendation from JJ. No high-pressure tactics and plenty of options to select from. It was fun putting together our custom shower. JJ answered all our questions and didn't rush us. The company stayed in communication with us as our shower was built. They then gave us an installation date and time. Jacob arrived on time and ready to go. He was very nice, was very respectful of us and our home and answered any questions we had. He was joined a little later by Mike who was also excellent. Mike even helped me with the shower door in another bathroom and handled in seconds what would have taken me hours and would have certainly used up my curse word allowance for the week. That was above the call of duty and most appreciated. It came out terrifically and everything was cleaned up spotlessly. We are very pleased with the outcome and our experience with Bath Fitter.

I initially had a consultation for two bathrooms two years ago and didn’t end up going through with it, I’m finally ready to put my foot down for one of the project and Bathfitter had made the whole process very easy . They still counted my deposit money two years ago and was able to keep the price. The whole installation was smooth and only took one day and they converted our tub to walk in shower. We love the new shower and there’s few minor touch ups after installation but they were responsive , quick to schedule and own up to it. I will use Bathfitter again when I’m ready for my other bathroom update. Customer service is top notch. Thank you Bathfitter.

I cannot recommend Bath Fitter Fresno highly enough after they transformed my elderly parents' bathroom with a beautiful walk-in shower. As a WW2 veteran, my father qualified for VA assistance with part of the remodel, and Bath Fitter made this process straightforward. Their high-quality custom acrylic shower walls were expertly installed in just two days, complete with a foldable seat and safety grab bars perfect for my parents' needs. JJ, the salesman, was knowledgeable and accommodating, making the entire experience stress-free from start to finish. Brandon, the installation technician, demonstrated exceptional craftsmanship and was both professional and helpful throughout the process. The attention to detail, quality materials, and outstanding customer service have made a significant difference in my parents' daily lives. Bath Fitter Fresno genuinely deserves every one of the five stars I'm giving them. I would give them 10 stars if I could!

Scotty and his partner gave me the most Beautiful and functional shower! With my old one - I was afraid to move for fear of falling. This one has a rippled flooring that makes me feel secure. It has a Wonerful shower head and is So Easy to turn on and off. It also has grab bars conveniently placed for more security.
I would definitely recommend Bath Fitters for a High Quality bathing experience! And For fast quality work!!

Bath Fitter of Fresno designed and installed a handicap accessible bathroom for my parents, and every step of the process was 5 star. The end product was beautiful, and done in 2 days time. But from the very start we were impressed. Our sales rep JJ walked our family through all the features and designs, and made sure that the setup was exactly what my parents needed. Our installer was named Joe and he was great to work with, and were true problem solver. Each member of the team was very down to earth and easy to work with. It was clear they wanted to do the best possible job for my parents. Highly recommend their team and their work speaks for itself!

Had my masters bathroom shower remodeled and they delivered! It took longer because of the shower glass (which is through and third party company) but everything else was excellent! Loved all the staff who worked with us, they were respectful to our home. Highly recommend them, they make custom walk in shower and tub at a reasonable price!
