Base Construction has no respect for subcontractors! I don’t understand how a company who can’t get things done will yell and belittle the subcontractors who are working hard and spending weekends on their job sites. After sending an invoice they don’t like to pay, make false claims that you have pulled everything, and holds onto the retainage that they owe you. Some of their General Contractors/Job Site Managers are disrepectful, lazy, rude, and always looking to blame others for their personal mistakes. Nothing gets scheduled right and the professionalism of this company is zero. All the horror stories of Base Construction told by other contractors are true. This company is greedy. They will screw over the little guy.

As a subcontractor and supplier I enjoy working with Base Construction. Their experience in the commercial construction industry is apparent and the team they've built are professional, fair and easy to do business with. Their office staff is friendly and efficient and pay invoices on time.

I would give Six Stars (if the option was available) for Base Construction. Base Construction Has a great team for a relatively young company. The experience Of Cody Ritter, KC Merry, and Terry Kovachich, is unsurpassed and a testament to their strength. They have a talented team of PM's, Superintendents, and office personnel that will definitely propel them far into the future as one of this areas best construction management companies. They are very professional, manage their projects well, and genuinely care about the process and end result for all parties concerned. Speaking from the perspective of a subcontractor, it is rare to see a General Contracting Company that considers the efforts subcontractors exert in performing difficult schedules (all construction projects are difficult at best) and the risks we take in that process. Base Construction has always been expedient in timely pay and very quick to manage the project in a manner that eliminates unwanted cost or extended schedules. They are at the top of my list for contracting and I look forward to many more years of successful work together.

From estimate to completion, all first class while exceeding expectations. This team is talented and seasoned with experience. Laborers were great and worked with us very well as we stayed open during construction. Andy B's Entertainment will continue to call BASE for our needs!

While the company is new the people working there have been in the industry for years. I have worked with many of them before they were part of base and i continue to work with them under the new name. Well organized, professional, courteous they get the job done on time. Quality work at a great price.
