These are very nice building however if you plan on finishing the inside be prepared for framing issues. Mine was delivered sprayed foamed and to be used as my new art gallery. The inside corners are not installed properly for fastening and trimming. Nothing to nail too. There also won’t be any wall framing where the wall and ceiling meet. Same deal, nothing to nail too. This raises a bigger problem if you get it sprayed foamed. I called two people out on this and was told that’s how we do it and you’ll have to be creative. they are cutting corners here and passing it off on the Customer costing them more money and time and frustration. Was also told they don’t frame it like a house which is standard. But yet when you go to the Tennessee old hickory buildings main website, they advertise can be a tiny home or office and show pictures of insides finished. My building was built as a customer order. I bought the door at Lambert’s to upgrade to a quality door. The salesman I ordered the building from told me he would put the door in for $50. If they don’t use their doors, it is consider custom. When we got to the Point of putting trim around the door, it was noticed the door is not plum. The upper left corner does not seal properly and it will ice up in the winter. The manager came out from place it was built in Barron and he refused to fix the door. Said he would create more problems if he tried. He was not the one who Put the door in. I expected the salesperson who put the door in to fix it. He instead is ignoring my phone calls. Poor communication and quality. They are ok for a shed but not if using as a office, art studio or tiny home.
