As a subcontractor for Barr co we enjoy working with them. They are organized and send us an updated schedule every week. This is crucial to keeping the job on time, their communication skills are excellent. We typically quote their jobs as competitive as possible, because it is easier for us to work for an organized general contractor.

For those reasons we selected them to be the general contractor on our new building.

We have found them just as easy to work with as an owner with them being the GC.
