Zero star - unprofessional and untrustworthy - Be careful of this Dubai-based business..

I had an extremely disappointing experience with Baron & Cabot. After deciding to cancel my reservation within the cooling-off period, I requested a refund, which has been completely ignored for more than six weeks...
Despite multiple different communications, there has been no reply... This shows a blatant lack of professionalism and respect for clients.

What’s worse is the pushy tactics they used to secure payment of thousands before even signing any documents – this should have been a red flag. Their focus seems more on rushing payments than addressing client concerns or following ethical business practices... I dealt with Rebecca, Sam, Will, and Mark ... None was responsive unfortunately when it comes to client's rights..

I am left with no choice but to escalate this issue to the Property Redress Scheme and consider legal action. I strongly advise against dealing with Baron & Cabot. I have evidence for all what I stated...

Baron & Cabot have went above and beyond in not only helping me source a safe investment in UK Property, but also educated me as to why the location of my property was best suited to my investment goals. Every part of the process- from sourcing a property, helping get a mortgage and letting me know how I was protected as a buyer - was highly efficient and they held my hand through every step to ensure I was comfortable in my investment. By the end of it, it was as if I knew every step like the back of my hand haha

I really cant thank Baron & Cabot enough, and would definitely recommend to anyone wanting to invest in UK property.

We bought a property last year through Baron & Cabot which is doing great and now my husband and I are buying a second property with them. They show you exactly what you need to invest, the cost of the property, and costs involved to acquire the property like stamp duty/ legal fees/ mortgage. This is why we chose Baron & Cabot compared to other companies I’ve spoken with who do not go into this detail. They have properties all over the UK, we looked at London, then Manchester and then settled on Birmingham. James was really helpful and took time to understand what we needed and show us the best properties in that area, before making a decision. I’d recommend giving them your budget and letting them give you the best options.

In an industry where trust and competence aren't common, I am very happy to have found both in Baron & Cabot.
