Do not call around for prices unless you are okay with them showing up and performing the service before you agree to it. I called and received a quote, and after seeing the other reviews here I called back to ask for the estimate in writing before potentially moving forward with booking a service. He seemed confused on why I would even want an estimate in writing, and never ended up providing me one. Almost 3 weeks later I receive a bill in the mail and find the service completed. When I called to dispute, he was very argumentative and held that I couldn't possibly have gotten a better quote elsewhere, as if that makes it okay to force the service on me? He told me to "just forget about it" (not nicely) in regards to owing this bill, for which I am thankful, but be warned to be VERY clear in your expectations if you are calling around for prices or aren't ready to schedule services yet.

This guy will rip you a new one.
859.50 to survey a small space in trailor Park? Several people supposedly were involved, nobody saw them, but supposedly they were here working hours to put up 2 stakes and a string.

Surveying property this small should've been less than 400 bucks. But too late now, instead of calling honest people we took the first name we heard. So it'll get paid, but an EXPENSIVE lesson learned.

I’ve had my land surveyed by them and they charged me 800.00 and the billed me for multiple hrs of work. Marked my land incorrectly and had to call them back out to put stakes down. I have camera up and they were only there for less than 30 mins and didn’t pin or make the back corners of my property. I would not recommend using them.
