Had water damage due to pipe bursting in my bathroom. Insurance recomended Baldwin builders and they quickly got in contact with me and my insurance carrier. We were started within 10 days of signing our contract. Project manger was communicative, office staff courteous and when we had questions they answered with great knowledge. My repairs were better than expected! Very happy with their service.

We are disappointed in our choice with Baldwin Builders. They are difficult to work with, unnecessarily kept us out of our home for months due to work delays, have taken over a year and still have not completed the scope of work including leaving dangerous areas in our home for our children, and only get work done when they realize they are legally obligated by their own contract to do so before they can collect. However, even then they don’t always get the work done.

If you make the mistake of hiring them, make sure to document everything, have cameras around, and hire a good lawyer before you sign anything.
