I cannot say enough amazing things about Bailon Builders! I have worked with Bailon Builders since 2014. Leifer Bailon and his team are the best to work with, all around. He has great communication, high expertise in his field, amazing quality of work and just great to work with, he makes sometimes challenging situations feel not so heavy. I ran into some roadblocks while building my house and he made me feel at ease when it got hard at times. It is because of him that I was able to complete my home. He has since done all major to minor work for me. I won't work with anyone else. Everyone I have recommended to Leifer has been very happy. Wicked smart too! Just good honest, solid people. After a couple of failed attempts to correct a buckling/transition problem with my hardwood flooring I was fortunate to hire Leifer Bailon who finally fixed the issue. Instead of a "bandaid" solution, he removed the flooring and got to the root of the issue....humidity and a too tight transition. He preserved the original material which avoided having to refinish the entire room. He showed up on time and left the job neat and clean. Very happy customer. I recommend Leifer without reservation.
