We called Badgerstate for some water damage from our washing machine pipes. They came out right away and looked at the damage. Within a couple days they had cleaned up and disinfected everything. We had Badger State Restoration this past week for a water problem in our basement. From the time I called, to them arriving at our home to assess the damage was within two hours. The entire team led by Josh was nothing short of OUTSTANDING! Everything was explained to us in detail, and any questions I had were thoroughly explained by Josh. If I could give them no stars I would! I've been in the construction industry over 40+ years and this company was scheduled to resolve some water and mold damage.
What should have been done in a month has now gone 3 months and their excuse is that have too many jobs. Maybe they need not take on projects their not able to do in a timely manner! Very poor management!!

Badger State Restoration does a fantastic job taking care of mold. The work they did was done in a very timely manner. The project parameters were clearly explained to me, and the work site was carefully contained from the rest of the house. Can't recommend them highly enough!

This is the second time I have worked with Badger State Restoration and I would like to give them five stars every single time I would give them 10 stars if there were 10, they are professional friendly. They do an amazing job. The subcontractors that they work with are also very very good. I would recommend them to absolutely everyone. they were all very easy to work with. It was like talking to my friends when the workers were here. if you’re looking to get something done to your home,call them first you will not have to make a second call.

We worked with Badger State for the past year. We lost our home & garage. It is coming up on 1 year, and finally we are home! Yes, it took a year. But that was because it took insurance company almost 3 months to Send any payments.
We worked with Josh & Andy at Badger. They were both so knowledgeable & helpful. We were completely lost and they really helped us with every step and desicion we needed to make. I couldn't imagine trying to find & schedule our own contractors after our house burned down. In such a sad and stressful time, they made everything so much easier for us.They took care of absolutely everything. They worked very hard to be sure we were home for Thanksgiving & that means the world to us. I love our new home! Its absolutely beautiful! We highly recommend Badger State!
My only complaint would be the person that is in charge of the initial clean up and salvage of our personal belongings. He was very hard to contact and very unorganized. We were charged for clean up and packing of items we did not want back. If I could go back, would not use that service. I would have saved money.

I had a fantastic experience with Badger State Restoration. We had a boiler fail which resulted in some water damage to our basement. Curtis and his team were extremely responsive the morning of the event, arriving within an hour of my call. Within two hours of arriving they had our basement well on the way to recovery. Curtis had us work with his Account Manager Josh on the repair efforts. Josh was a great communicator and kept things moving during the repair process. When the repairs were being done we worked with both Josh and a Supervisor named Corey. They were both were good communicators and did what they said they would do. We were happy with our workings with Badger State and would recommend them to anyone in need of restoration services.

On June 15, a storm went through our area leaving multiple trees on our home. Badger State Restoration was recommended to us. We called and they were at our home the next day with equipment to help assess the water damage and control any possible mold. We had three rooms in need of extensive repairs plus our roof. They gathered all estimates and worked directly with our insurance company. They coordinated all work, which was timely and professional. Someone would update us at the end of the day as to what was done and the next step. By the middle of November, all work was complete including a final walk through. We would highly recommend Badger State Restoration. They understand when they are called, it’s not about a planned remodel. It’s about families in a overwhelming situation. Thank you to the entire staff for bringing calm and solutions to us.
