I will never use this company again for any my plumbing needs or recommend them. The technician had to come out a second time to correct his error which he admitted to his mistake. Then I received a bill which I talked to the lady at the front desk, and she refused To believe that it was his mistake. She was very rude and insisted I had to pay the entire amount or she was going to send me to collections. But in the meantime, I have found a fantastic plumbing company.

Made an appointment with them to come to our home on a Friday morning at 7:30am to clear out a clogged pipe. They never showed up, my husband called and left several messages with no reply. We never heard back. I understand if you get busy, but a little communication would be great. Our pipe has been clogged for over a week now and it’s like pulling teeth trying to get someone to come clear it for us. Super unprofessional - at least call and let people know you’re not coming!

I called them out to perform a yearly maintenance on my boiler. They came out and said that nothing was wrong with it. And to call if anything does come up. I never said there was, I wanted maintenance done on it. He then had a casual conversation with my wife about the previous owners of my house who he claimed he was related to. Then he left, no work, no inspection or anything. They send a bill for 120 for doing no work. When I called to tell them I wasn't paying them for a casual conversation the very very rude woman who answered said we have to pay it or she will send it to collections. So they bill you for not working then rudely try to collect and then send to to collections when you don't like it.

I called to ask for the EIN because we regularly do business with these folks and the front desk lady, Carrie Unrein, screamed at me, was EXTREMELY rude and HUNG UP ON ME after she was yelling and being rude!! I called back to confirm the email address and again she yelled at me and would NOT help me. I will never use these people again for any of my commercial properties.

Waited and waited on them to come see what the problem was with my toilet. Told me they would get it replaced sometime next week. (This week) have called and no answer. Ridiculous. Also they were supposed to look at my sink when they were here and “forgot”. Still waiting and getting super frustrated

My nextdoor neighbor and a good friend of mine recommended this company. They had good things to say. I called them 3 weeks in a row. Each time we talked, they told me that I was still on the list and they will call me back that very same week. There was also a time that they had told me I should be able to get my tub installed the very next week. It's Been around 2 months and they never once called me.

They came out the same day when another business could not for several days. We had a water pipe burst in our crawl space and a big mess down there and they saved us! Very professional they worked us into their schedule today and I very much appreciated their time and help!

Honest and great work. Had serval people say I needed a new water heater and they came and fixed a small problem when they could have charged me literally thousands, but they were honest and helped me out. Thank you Carrie, Rick, Kyle and all your workers on an amazing job!
