100% totally unprofessional, scheduled two dates 2 days in a row to come to my house and work on my outlets and got stood up two days in a row. When I called I spoke to George and ask if they knew about professionalism and common courtesy and In return I got a bunch of attitude and got told do I want the electrician to come out or not? Never once was during apology. They're 100% unprofessional 100% unreliable and I will be going to the better Business bureau about this as well.

Today is the 3rd time they said they would be here at a certain time and they never showed up. Not once but THREE times ! My power to half the house has been out and I could have had someone else fix it for me instead of waiting on these guys. The woman is very friendly but some guy named George hung up on us when we asked why they still hadn’t came and he was extremely rude saying “ well be there when we get there “ and hung up . They are supposedly coming by today just later so we will see . I will be back with an update later but I am not expecting much .

Friendly front desk that goes above and beyond. Renting a moving truck has always been a headache to get done, but the knowledgable and friendly staff made it simple and stress free during a rough time, and were a delight to be around. Will be recommending everyone to this location. Cleanliness of the truck was also next level.
