I had a great experience with Axis they took great care of our HOA in doing our California State balcony inspection . always on time and easy to talk with only tookl two days . also consulted with their president on another construction issue . Bizhan Mahallati always responded promptly to my questions and advised me honestly without extra charges. highly recommend them for your contract and construction needs.

Our HOA was extremely fortunate to have hired Axis Construction after winning a lawsuit. Fortunate because , not only they had the most fair- yet competitive bid and worked within our budget. Additionally, but by choosing Axis, Bizhan ended up saving us millions of dollars and a special assessment. Fortunate because Bizhan and his team are professional and always accommodating - more so than any other vendor we have worked with in the past. Because of Bizhan's expertise and years in the business, he is often called on to testify in court. From this experience, he then shares with us how to avoid many pitfalls, being ripped off and how to carefully vet vendors we will hire in the future. He takes care of his clients, is a valuable resource and we at One Marina couldn't be happier.

I am on the HOA board of a 249 unit community. When we needed a construction company to repair the original builder's flaws, we needed someone who could not only do the repairs, but bring us up to code.
I have been through several renovations of my own, but what shocked me was the unwavering honesty and integrity of this company. The owner of the company has met with us, and continues to do this; and he not only personally researches the best solutions for the additional problems we keep throwing at him, but has shown on so many occasions, that he actually cares about the well-being of our residents. An example of this is when we had that big storm this past winter and a dish from the roof blew off, creating a big hole in the roof. There were absolutely no roofers available, yet magically, Axis sent a team out to do this for us! The crew, under Matt and Juan, has been meticulous, gracious, hardworking, and kind. You will find no better place to spend your money, because integrity is not something you can place a dollar value on. It is priceless.
