As a local business owner trying to support another local business owner, I am appalled at the lack of care for the product this company puts out. I ordered 60 shirts with a Print on the front and back. They were done a few days before I requested which was great. But then when I looked at them, the print was off center on both the front and back. for me to notice, they were way off by a 1/4 of inch. When I called the company they said that was in their "scope of reason". I brought the shirts to them to look at. They decided 27 of them were bad enough to correct. I went back and picked up the remaining that they were not going to redo. When I looked at them, they too were still off centered. When I spoke with Mary the owner, she said she was not going to redo the shirts and she would not give me my refund as requested. Obviously not happy with this and I was going out of town, I said I would deal with it when I got back. Called again today(Friday) and Mary(the owner) said that she was "off the clock" and would not be able to deal with it until next Thursday. I told her that I would just pick up the shirts that they were supposed to redo while I was out. She said she didn't authorize anyone to redo the shirts because of my complaint. I have already paid for the shirts I remind you. Save yourself the hassle without using these people. They won't care if you go elsewhere.
