I cannot recommend Dr. Ingley highly enough! I drove seven hours for each appointment, and I’d do it all over again without hesitation. My local doctors and ENT specialists seemed more focused on dragging out the process rather than finding real solutions. Not Dr. Ingley. From my very first visit, I knew we were on the same page—both of us determined to address my issues efficiently and effectively.

She performed four procedures for me—septoplasty, turbinate reduction, sinus surgery, and a uvulectomy—all flawlessly. Throughout the entire process, she was amazing, kind, compassionate, and completely solution-focused. Dr. Ingley not listen to my concerns. She told me my symptoms were imaginary, that there was nothing that could be done, and I would just have to live with permanent hearing loss. She refused to provide me with a digital copy of my audiology test results.

The office staff were disorganized; they were unaware of what kind of appointments I had scheduled and gave me incorrect directions on what to do while I was in the office.

Dr. Ingley was very proactive and actually listened to my concerns which were met with deaf ears by other providers. She’s very welcoming, compassionate and knowledgeable as well. I felt very confident in her ability to perform surgery on my child and it was a success! I would highly recommend her for any of your ENT needs!
