Don’t be fooled. This is not a luxury residence. First, there’s no way to buzz in guests. Second, the pool/gym area needs a massive renovation. For the maintenance that they get, there’s no towel service, shower gel, shampoo, etc. The change rooms are dirty and simply reek. The water pressure is garbage. If you’re thinking of buying an apartment, think hard and consider going elsewhere. Extra star for the view though.

The worse experience, worse customer service, worse conditions. Don’t book this property, they don’t provide bedsheets and everything else, no vacuum cleaner, no ironing, no dryer or rack, no toiletries, no hairdryer, no trashbag, no entrance card, everywhere full of dust and mold, 10 minutes walk with your luggage to the entrance , the don’t let Uber get inside the gate

This Complex amazing to live in. Comparing to other neighboring residential buildings around, it is not that much crowded and you can enjoy silence.

Bad experience and never to be repeated.
We arrived @ 3 and agrees with one of their employees that we will check in @ 4: PM

Unfortunately, now 5 o’clock and no one came and we spent more that 2 hours outside the area waiting for someone to help us to get inside the property in the road?
With our luggages is this acceptable?

The bad thing is that money comes first, no matter how the customer service good it’s!!

We rented a two bedroom apartment for three months. The person who we rented from, was a great person and very helpful.
However, the most annoying part of this place was to get to the main street from our apartment. First I had to get to their main yard, 5th floor, which all their high rises are located (all other people from all other buildings have to go the main yard to get to the main street) then I’d to look for another elevator in their open yard to get me to the main street. Needless to say, during rain/snow I’d to go through this yard to the elevator (going to my apartment and coming from the main street).
The building management staff were extremely unprofessional and rude people. Even though the majority of their renters/owners are non-Turkish people, non of them spoke any English and treated people with rude and unprofessional attitude. Lately they hired a guest relation staff (Miss Marve) who assumably speaks English, but she hardly understands it.
Few times electricity to our building were disconnected from the city, but our elevators didn’t have emergency power system & people stuck in the building elevators during those times.
Overall, I don’t recommend this establishment at all.
