It was an amazing group Camping site. The bathrooms are very clean. The showers are awesome. It needs 50c for the showers. Swimming area is great. Not too much deep water. Bring floaters. Parking is very close to the group camping site.

Beware of the loan officers they make you pre Qual with. The woman was scattered, lost electronic files we sent over multiple times, gave us the wrong figures and we wound up pulling out 1.5 months before completion of the build due to the woman who ran the pre-qualify for us with inaccurate numbers. She cost us thousands and Trumark wouldn't give us our money back even with this proof that the loan officers horrible work ethic and basically switched and baited us. I would NEVER recommend Trumark at River Islands. Also beware before even going to look that property tax is 2% To start which goes up annually. Now we have to get a lawyer to try and recover our money. Such a waste of time, an inconvenience of our entire family since we were buying the home to accommodate our elderly moms.
