Excellent work! 26 x 32 pad for a pavilion. Had lots of roots and a sidewalk to remove and they did a great job! Communication was great and price was very reasonable. Cleaned up after the job and checked in later to ensure we were happy with the work. We fully recommend AV Concrete!

I called AV concrete when I decided to build my shop. Miguel came out to discuss the project before giving me a quote. He gave me some recommendations regarding location to save some money on fill material, and requoted in the new location. Miguel told me how much fill material to have delivered and kept me informed about the day of install.

On Monday, Miguel and another worker leveled, squared, and dug the footings for the foundation. They also leveled the fill material and packed it down. They were done prepping by noon and set to pour the next morning. The next morning, Miguel and his coworker showed up before 8 to do final prep on the slab. Miguel asked me about the location of my bay doors and went ahead and carved the ramps where the doors are located. The first truck showing up at 930, and it took less than an hour to pour and screed the slab. They were completely finished by 330 including polishing the slab. The slab looks great and is ready for my shop. I will not use anyone else.

DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY OR OWNER
I came to an agreement with the owner and contracted them to pour a road entry and 500+ foot driveway. After the initial pour there were many cracked areas and all the sectional cuts were crooked and at diffrent angles (which he tried to blame on his crew even though he was rarely onsite). These were issues other contractors couldnt believe happened and said would never happen with a reputable contractor, but they could not be fixed without a full removal. After much discussion we agreed with the company on how to "make it right". This consisted of a discount, repouring one full section and providing a gravel edging at cost of the gravel only. It took forever to get the section repoured and then he backed out of doing the graveling telling me to just sue him.... which I am in the process of doing.

This company/owner is not a man of his word (although he tries to get you to think he is) and can not be trusted to do even the most basic project.

The crew was friendly and kept their worksite neat.
The removal of the old driveway was done in several hours in the afternoon and the next morning early the concrete was poured. There were curves and multiple slants which were done beautifully.
When the pour was done one man stayed for several hours touching up the finish if needed.
I have added the before and after photos.

Went with these guys do to the 5 star reviews. Called to get a quote on some concrete work (sidewalks, adding to foundation for shop and a couple of patios). They came out got all the measurements and had a quote for me within a couple of days. Once we agreed on the price I asked when they would be able to get to me, I was told 2 weeks. A month later still hadn’t heard anything and I had already had a contract set up to build the shop. Contractor called them to find out what was going on and they called and said they would be there the next week. They came out and started the tear down of the porches where the patios were going. Once they came down they started the forms to pour. Only problem was they tore both porches down at the same time so on the day of them pouring we were stuck in the house until the concrete dried enough to walk on. The steps aren’t at the height or width they were supposed to be and the front was even marked but they didn’t make it to the mark. They left a mess behind. I called and they came back and cleaned a little of it up but most of the extra concrete and mix that was in my yard they raked up against the side walk or threw at the base of the fence. Now me not knowing anything about concrete I thought it looked alright until my contractor came and pointed a lot of stuff out. It’s all in the pictures
