We needed a mantle for a remodeled fireplace and after looking locally at a number of sites had no success in finding what we were looking for then we stumbled across Atlantic Specialty Woods and boy are we glad we did!

The selection of material is stupendous and the service fantastic. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable. After selecting the raw lumber they sanded it smooth and put a beautiful finish on it.

They did a great job on the workmanship for our black walnut and epoxy custom bar top, black walnut shelves, mushroom board mantels, and black walnut solid mantel and shelf.. Very nice work. Installations were clean and efficient. Very professional work. Make sure too communicate clearly with what you want and when you want it. They are busy and have a lot of things going on, so making sure you communicate clearly and get what is desired in writing so everyone on the team understands the parameters and timeline.

Amazing! Fantastic! Incredible! The team at ASW is unsurpassed! From initial phone contact to the discussion of my project to the selection of the best wood slabs to the processing and then reprocessing of those slabs, these guys have been a joy to work with! They have a wide selections of live-edge slabs/rounds, reclaimed wood, beams, and so much more. I keep saying, "This'll be my last wood working project" but I keep going back to ASW to get more unique wood to do "just one more." Thanks to Christian and the team for a GREAT EXPERIENCE!

I went to ASW to have some boards jointed for a table I'm making. They did such a great job, nice and straight and was a good price. Christian and everyone there were very friendly and helpful and it was a great experience. I will definitely be going back and wish I would have found them sooner.
