AAM, LLC is extremely corrupt. They don't save documents, such as member sign-in sheets for board meetings; they lose the minutes of the board meetings, they don't keep accurate notes of the topics that were discussed at the board meetings, including the executive sessions. You watch, if you order a copy of the minutes and sign-in sheets -- they won't have half of them. That's because they throw anything away, that doesn't look good on paper. They will even conduct board meetings, the absence of reaching a quorum. These people need to be sued on a nation wide-class action lawsuit. They need to be put out of business.

Sherrie Sykes has managed my community for many years now and in that time she has always been responsive to my requests. I was impressed by how smoothly our meetings run and I like that they are on Zoom because it makes it more accessible to attend. Our community looks beautiful and I appreciate all the hard work the board and Sherrie put in to maintaining the community, it looks beautiful!

I have dealt with Mandy Rogers through the entire process of doing our back yard and even reworking our front yard. She has been great at explaining the guidelines and how they apply. These days it seems like no matter the profession, people don’t have any decency to respond and get back to you quickly. But she has always been fast and helpful.

Very unprofessional. Nobody answers the phone. You have to leave a message and wait days for someone to call your back. You have to look up what violations are being done and go back and forth trying to get help. I have foundation damage from my neighbors, and they aren't doing anything. After numerous inspections and being advised, the HOA should be helping. Brand new home and already needs new walls and foundation repair after 18 months. Absolutely zero support. Only gaslighting.
