I’ve now bought two homes from Aspen View and both experiences have been tremendous. They’re not the cheapest builder in Colorado Springs but that’s a good thing when buying a home. The product is better, the quality is better, the customer service is better etc. I haven’t had many issues with the home but when I have, the warranty team is responsive and they know their craft well. The buying process is easy, the sales reps weren’t pushy, and I truly felt like they cared for me and my family’s well being through the whole process and after move-in. 10/10 would buy again.

The quality of the home is good and the area is pretty good. Just waiting on the park and dog park to be built. It is delayed a year. If you are considering buying one be aware that townhomes are being constructed and View Homes really does not care how it affects current homeowners with noise, loud music, mess and parking. I get it and knew that construction would be there. But also told that View Homes would do its best to limit inconvenience of current residents. Well thats not true. Well built, decent price but just be aware of what you will be living with for a while.

I purchased a home with View Homes in December of 2024, & I just had my first “warranty check-up.”

From the moment I went under contract, the construction team & sales manager went above and beyond to make sure my wife and I were taken care of/ happy. Then, after my check in with Jake, it was the cherry on top! He (and the rest of the people who helped me) were outstanding!

They work with you when they don’t have to, and we simply love our home! We couldn’t be happier with our purchase.

Well built home with all the extras included. I’ve had homes with other builders and noting compares. Aspen pays attention to detail and their team is there to help whenever needed. I would definitely recommend them to anyone!
