After making an appointment (from a referring physician), and going to Arya's office, I was only then told that they do not accept Medicare. It would have been nice had they mentioned that prior to wasting my time. They didn't even give me an option to pay out of pocket. My one star is for for them being so inconsiderate as to not even mention that they don't accept the only insurance that many retired elderly people count on for their medical needs.

I was refer over by my provider for a sinusitis condition. As soon as I walked into the office I was skeptical because the place looks out of date and small. But the receptionist quickly acknowledge me and made me feel welcomed. The wait was not long, I was in and out in a timely manner. The doctor seemed knowledgeable in the area and makes you feel comfortable. The only reason why I did not give this place a 5 star rating is because some areas looked unsanitary.

I was referred to Dr. Arya's office for a cold that resulted in a clogged right ear. I was so nervous going to the office because I had my 2-year old with me and never experienced problems with my ear. The receptionist greeted us both right away. She was very observant of my 2-year old and discovered she liked the dancing figurines displayed along the receptionist desk and window seal. She had light conversation with my baby as I filled out the paperwork. Paperwork was quick and easy . My wait time was 1 minute for Dr. Arya. Dr. Arya is very knowledgeable in his practice and patient with his clients. As I still needed to tend to my 2-year old, he made sure she was comfortable as he worked to make sure mommie was ok. This is the first Dr. office where my baby felt right at home. The office is intimate and cozy. I can tell both Dr. Arya and the receptionist love their patients And job. Such a sweet team. To the receptionist, thank you for the suggestion, My baby got her dancing figurines.

Horrible office. Super unprofessional receptionist that told me oh well I'm new and I don't know how to do that so sorry you will have to figure this out yourself!? I'm calling to get xray results after they have make me wait 2 months to get and answer! I asked why is talking so long I know Kern Radiology and Kern Medical won't take this long to give xray results. Also the Dr. Order the wrong xrays on the first place and I had to go get the xrays done for a 2nd time and pay double for his mistake. Unfortunately this Dr is very old and should be retired by now.

I went in to my regular doctor I was wheezing he did a CT scan on my throat.it showed I had a polup on my vocal cord.😭 Very scary for me my Dr sent me to Arya Satya .Oh my wonderful caring Dr. I was scheduled for surgery on a Weds. but my insurance took to long .On Sunday night my husband took me in I was having trouble breathing I heard a pop in my thoat horrible. Hospital admitted me they contacted Arya Satya he was their to take care of me surgery went well Iam so thankful to him & his staff. He is my Hero😀 I was extremely scared.he took care of me & said I was gonna be okey 😀 thank you again

Very old school. I was having my nostalgia days. Lol. But he's a good doctor and knows what he's doing.
