The team at Arvada Roofing & Construction has been fantastic to work with. We had hail damage and put in an insurance claim. They are extremely knowledgeable in working with insurance and were able to get me a much higher claim than other companies. It gave us the opportunity to get new paint and new gutters as well.

It's a family owned business and the team was a pleasure to work with. Feels like we have a new house. Highly recommend them!

I cannot say enough good things about this company, the workers and most of all Ryan Sumner! His knowledge about everything and assistance regarding the entire process was an absolute blessing. Without him I never would have made it through the Ins. process. He is beyond professional, caring you name it. He was just amazing. The new roof they installed is great and even the county inspector when he came to do the inspection when we mentioned what company did the work said " oh they really do good work". I could go on and on about the entire project from start to finish but I will just finish by saying the company is stellar and I will recommend them to anybody in need of their services. Thank you again Ryan from the bottom of my heart!

I didn't actually have Arvada Roofing replace my roof (yet) , but the honesty and integrity from Ryan was refreshing. He came out to provide an estimate to replace the roof and told me if it was his roof he would not replace it yet. Two other roofing companies were more than happy to bid the project even if the roof did not need replacing. I will definitely be calling them again when it is time.

If I could give more than 5 stars, I would! Ryan (the owner) fought hard for months with our insurance company! We received the maximum amount, which was impressive in itself! I wouldn't even have a new roof without Ryan's persistance, knowledge and relentless challenging of the insurance company. (Another roofing company just walked away)

BUILDING A RELATIONSHIP seemed to be the focus at Arvada Roofing & Construction, NOT the money!
Once the work started, they completed the roof tear-off and install in 1 day, and it is gorgeous & PERFECT!

The COMMUNICATION from Ryan was consistant, with VERY TIMELY responses from day ONE throughout the project (Again, HIGHLY UNUSUAL these days)!

The WORKMANSHIP and attention to detail was IMPECCABLE & the entire team did a phenomenal job! The whole team are all courteous, respectful and friendly! After completion, the CLEAN-UP process was also TOP NOTCH! They made sure to get every piece, every nail, every bit of dust, and leave my home as clean (or better) than it was before starting! They even came back the next 2 days to ENSURE cleanliness and that every little thing was done to PERFECTION!

I recommend Arvada Roofing and Construction over ANY OTHER COMPANY, ANY DAY for ANY PROJECT! They truly made me feel like FAMILY, not just a client!! ABSOLUTELY AMAZING SERVICE, CARING, COMMUNICATION, WORKMANSHIP, CLEANLINESS, HONESTY AND INTEGRITY! ALL of these traits seem so RARE these days and AR&C does it ALL... its a part of their culture! Even in the event that something does go wrong, they MAKE IT RIGHT, IMMEDIATELY, NO QUESTIONS!

Ryan Sumner with Arvada Roofing and Construction recently handled a hail damage insurance claim of mine. The work and speed to completion when replacing my roof and gutters was fantastic to say the least. The workmanship, scheduling, speed of completion and communication were impeccable. Ryan was amazing at communicating and went above and beyond to ensure all the damage to my house was taken care of in the insurance claim. He even made sure that I was paid the full estimate amount for the work I completed myself. As the General Contractor, he went above and beyond to ensure I was completely satisfied with work done by his workers and other subcontractors. He also ensured that each job was performed in a specific order to make the operation seamless. There were also a few upgrades and additional tasks I asked if Ryan could have done. I was more than happy to pay for them out of pocket, but Ryan performed the extra work and upgrades free of charge. This company, local and family owned, is incredible and I would highly recommend them to my friends and family. They will certainly be my go to company for future construction projects.
