Always clean and a decent amount of incliment weather cover. There is an elevator if the stairs are not accessable for you. A shopping center within walking distance and large parking lot makes this station very accessable. Aesthetic wise I really like the art in the tunnel and the cursive e statue across the street.

There’s a tiny clause buried in the lease that states the tenant must submit intent to move out at the end of the lease. Otherwise the lease will be automatically renewed. This is how subscriptions work. This is not how leases work. No apartments work this way. Why would someone comb through the lease for a clause like this? SOME effort should be made by the landlord to ASK if the lease will be renewed. We paid more each month SO THAT the lease would be short term. Yet here we are paying another month’s rent because this corporation has no intention of serving the people who live there and pay them.

I approached the station from the north side. The Validation stamper is down tunnel and south by the kiosks with a red and white "V"
