Exclusive Xfinity cable and internet provider is definitely not in the best interests of the residents.

Contractors are not controlled by Arvada at all. Such as Excel. Xfinity and quantum. Viber. I must pay for trash pick up, even though I don't need trash pickup at this property. They do not access. any complaints? they also block reviews from the Google Maps. Arvada used to be a good town when I moved in to it 40 years ago. But it's gotten terrible. in the last 30 years.
