This team is awesome! Since I was working on my first permit in the Arvada system, I had several questions. My emails were immediately answered with all the information I needed. I have never received such quick responses, even from commercial businesses. My thanks to the City Permit Team for making this a pleasant process. Now, if you could only do something about quirky eTrakIt!! 😉 But again, I am really happy with the overall experience. Thanks for all the help!

Their website for contractor permits is quite infuriating. Logs you out whenever you click onto a different page in your account. Want to see status? Login. Want to respond? Login. Want to pull a permit? Login 5 times.

More than 16 hours trying yo pull a permit online and it keeps asking things that do not make sense, im remodeling 2 bathtooms in the 2nd storyand the etrakit kerps asking for basement information. What a head ache. And now it wont let me pay for the permit, it keeps asking other stuff.
