Wanted to share our experience with ARR Contractors from 2024 storm that came through Dallas area. We were swarmed by so many roofers and companies knocking on our door, so the overwhelming feeling left us drained. I had ask my brother if he knew anyone that would handle our home with care since it’s older and needs more attention. Was directed to ARR Contractors, with Mr. Fish, and let me tell you. He educated us on how it all works to fix our problems with a solution versus some cheaper ways (like we’ve encountered in the past with our chimney leak after a roofer “did a ‘it’s good enough’ repair”)
The insurance claim process was new to us, but Mr. Fish walked us through every step. Glad we went with the right company, less worries, and more comfortable trusting them with our home. The crew was quick and did a great job all in one day. Love the new color on our house. Even got some comments after on how everything looked now. Thank you again ARR Contractors and Mr. Fish.
Give them a call if your home ever needs anything checked out. They did right in my books! This review deserves 5+ stars!

Highly recommend ARR. Fish, Boris and the entire ARR team were great to work with. We had water damage due to burst pipe on the 1st floor of the house. They walked me through the claims process and what to expect. Very professional, responsive and knowledgeable. I would definitely use them again for future home improvement projects. Edit 2/20/25: The floors that were repaired by ARR have started peeling and coming apart in a year. The company refuses to repair them unfortunately.

We had a hot water heater leak and ruin the floors in part of our home. ARR was very helpful in getting repairs started and helping with the insurance company. Highly recommend!

I have used AAR several times-- twice to replace my roof due to 2 separate hail storms, and after the 2021 freeze to help me with a burst pipe when no one else could come out. All times the service was professional, prompt, and the job done right. For both roof replacements they worked diligently with my insurance company to get everything covered, including siding, windows, and fence repair. They did the job on time, on budget, and without delay. I highly recommend Fish and the whole AAR gang.

We hired ARR Contractors to repair a corner in our house that failed. Boris & Fish came and surveyed the issue and came back prepared to do the work.

They efficiently demoed the area that was damaged and proceed to repair the damage rapidly and efficiently and on schedule.

The work they did looked better than the original. It will enhance the value of our home.

They also replaced our roof in the same fashion.

Used them recently on a tornado damaged house. I've used many contractors but never one with such efficiency . I've never seen anyone communicate as well as Mr fish on our project. They are very thorough and comprehensive throughout all phases of construction. They dealt with the insurance company taking the stress and the relief of worrying about the everyday issues that come with construction. ARR Found a lot more hidden issues that insurance companies had failed to cover and they dealt directly with them getting them covered and getting the work done . They are very professional and work in a timely manner. I rarely take the time to write reviews simply because most of the times they would be negative and I don't feel you're getting your money's worth, with ARR contractors I can't praise them enough and would use them again without question. I had 2 properties hit in the October 2019 Tornado. ARR arrived with a generator, safety fencing, tarps, and began boarding up my house before the second round of rain. I was the first house to have debris removed and begin construction.
ARR handled the Insurance company and the never ending claims process professionally and with patience.
