We were moving our family to Los Angeles and bought a house long-distance. Usually this could be a very risky move, but I had received a great recommendation for ARM Builders, and came to see the property once accompanied by Aaron. He helped us get plans with the city for a 400 square foot addition including adding another bathroom and vaulted ceilings. This was completed ahead of time, and we moved in to start our new lives in los Angeles. as our family grew we added an 800 sq ft addition in the backyard which included an Additional Dwelling Unit(ADU) for our nanny, a kitchen, two bedrooms , and two bathrooms. If you are looking for a local construction company, ARM Builders are very good general contractors who can serve your residential needs. ARM Builders helped us with a long-overdue refurb on the entire house. They relaid floors, moved a wall to extend our family room downstairs, installed some double-glazing, put new lighting in the kitchen and bedrooms, and more. They were very good to work with, and I would hire them again.
