Stephanie in customer service, what a professional! She went and performed something that I did not feel that was her job but she went up and beyond. Through the mortgage insurance she put a proposal and saving me over $1,000 just in repairs some out-of-pocket but very minimal. These employees are to incompetent to read road signs and caused damage to a company vehicle. I would not trust them in my home to do plumbing work. If this is how they drive, just imagine what they do in your home!

AZ VIP PLUMBING Lake Havasu Arizona.
I am very proud to have the privilege of meeting Stephany and Ryan. Stephanie got me on the schedule for an assessment within less than 24 hours. The following day Stephany contacted me to remind me of the appointment and said Ryan, my Technician would contact me with the exact time of his arrival. Ryan called, a while later and said he would be here within 20 minutes. Upon arrival, Ryan not only assessed the situation, but repaired some of my issues. I was amazed at the TEAM Coordination and respect of both of these talented individuals. They are very knowledgable, competent and very customer service conscientious.
