Farley is by far the BEST general contractor I have ever work with. Through our building process he was always on top of getting things done, knows what when and where his teams are and a GREAT communicator! Farley also made sure he stayed within our budget and if anything came in higher he would call us right away. Farley is a great GC and friend as well, fun loving and gets the job done! I highly recommend Arch Form for any job big or small.

Farley did a wonderful job designing and building our custom home. His dual role as a designer/builder saved us from a lot of potential headaches and delays on the project. Whenever there was a question from the contractors or an unexpected issue, Farley could take care of it promptly since he was both designer and builder. There was no pointing fingers of blame or unnecessary delays, he just corrected the problems with the contractors or revised the plans as necessary, and kept things moving on.
I interviewed 4 other builders before choosing Arch Form for our house, and I chose him primarily because Farly was the only one who made it clear that designing and building custom homes was his passion, not just a job. The others I talked with either couldn't fill both roles, or if they could, they seemed to think of it as just another contract.

I’m a contractor who is currently cleaning up after the mess that was left by Farley Lozowick aka builder and/or contractor if that’s what you want to call him. He messed up a set plan the owners purchased from another architect design company. There were windows installed in the house not one of them was installed correctly. The roof was leaking soon after it was installed due to lack of flashing and poor installation. The concrete floor was not up to the quality that the homeowner specified. None of the framing up to par ex. header and studs removed to fit a door too big for the framing, 2x4 wall with 4” plumbing in it, wrong ceiling height, walls not attached to foundation, blown out nailing into trusses, walls in the wrong place, the list goes on. Bottom line is do not work with this company or individual.

AVOID this guy like the plague. Biggest waste of time. He will waste your time and money as much as possible. One minute he is Mr nice guy like he is your buddy, next he is extremely rude and treats you like an old enemy.

I PROMISE you he will cost you money and be nothing but a headache.
