Jonathan and his crew at Arc Property Services did a great job!! He’s done multiple jobs for us from painting, drywall repair, trim work, door realignment, exterior lighting, interior recessed lighting, and other electrical work over the years. He has many different skill sets to get the job done. Jonathan is prompt, efficient and can troubleshoot effectively in order to meet your expectations. The crew preps the space well to keep it clean as they finish up each job. They work seamlessly with each other! You can trust Jonathan (owner of Arc Property Services) to help you, advise you and listen to your needs. We have put our trust in Jonathan for several years now, and know that he will work hard to get the job done. He is professional, skilled in his trade, easy to talk to, level headed and will give you options, when needed. Jonathan's skills show a great deal of variety. He has done basic things like fixing our fence, adding an electrical socket, to highly skilled talents like remodeling our home. He handles emergency repairs. Our water heater was leaking behind the wall and he had to remove part of the wall, and also our pantry to fix the leak. When he was done, everything looked good and you couldn't tell where he did the repairs. We also had a water leak under our sink and Jonathan took several photos of the damages, then repaired the leak and damages, as well as gave us good documentation to turn into the insurance company, and we were covered for the full cost, thanks to Jonathan's excellent documentation and photos. If you have a job that needs done, just call him and he will be upfront and listen to your needs. When he needs a second pair of hands to help get a job done, I really like it because at times, he works with his Dad, who is also skilled in the same profession and they work as a great team! When I think of Jonathan, I think the word trust fits him best!
