Alex and his team did an incredible job remodeling our master bathroom. It was a complete gut job where we had to take the bathroom down to the studs. His team was courteous and professional and did great work. Whenever an issue would pop up and we needed to adjust the plan, he was always flexible and accommodating. He stayed on budget and the pricing was fair compared to other bids we had. His team did great finish work and treated our home as their own, being respectful and arriving on time each day, doing clean up, etc. We highly recommend him and plan to have him and his team back for future projects.

Had a wonderful experience with AP&H construction in the remodel of our home. Alex and his team are an extremely professional, respectful, and hard working bunch who did a fantastic job on our project. We had two bathrooms and two bedrooms completely remodeled along with expanding the width of our hallway. He started the job on time, stayed within budget, and performed quality work for us. We got the 750 sq.ft. of addition(living area,Kitchen remodel, 1 bedroom,2 Bathroom) work done with Alex at ap&h construction. Alex and his crew are very polite. His crew did very good quality work and thought out the construction Alex supervised and kept all the time lines and promises. He coordinated all the city inspections and got them done quickly. Before start we had shopped around with other contractors but Alex estimates were very competitive. Overall excellent craftsmanship of work done!

Wow! Wow! Wow! Our remodeling project exceeded all the expectations. A BIG thanks to Alex (the owner of AP&H Construction) & his whole crew for making our dream house look so beautiful! We literally can’t say enough great things about Alex. Eric, Mariano, Galdino, Cesar, Javier, Henry, Luiz, Nofu, Miranda, Ray, Farmeen and the entire wonderful team. They were all so very kind, intelligent, respectful & hard working. Since this was our first time doing remodeling, we asked each one of them tons & tons of questions, yet they were so calm, patient & down to earth that they answered & explained everything in a detailed manner. We really got to learn so much from each one of them. Their super fun personalities made it so we actually really enjoyed the whole remodeling process. We had so much fun that we feel like we are walking away with new friends in addition to an awesome remodel.

We did our whole house remodel during the COVID-19 crisis & the whole team did an amazing job of pivoting and helping make quick decisions to keep things on track. They even helped with delivery & receiving of final products. We lived in parts of our home during the remodeling. This was not easy on the crew as they had to work around turning off electricity or water around our schedule. They never complained & worked happily with us around our crazy busy schedules during this work from home thing because of COVID. The entire crew was very respectful about the fact that a family was living through the construction. They cleaned up at the end of each day & communicated what the work and schedule was going to be for the next day. Everything was done right on time. They stayed late, worked weekends if necessary, even a holiday to finish the project on time. This is a hard working, focused, and dedicated team. And, YES... the project was finished on time AND on budget.

To add further.. whenever we ran into unforeseen problems, Alex was always there to provide insight & solutions. His motto is “It’s OK. There’s always a solution to every problem”. Not only does he say that, he does it! He always found a solution to all our problems. We really appreciated the constant communication. It gave us a huge sense of relief.

We are really looking forward to future projects with AP&H Construction. They are the most professional, down to earth people & will make any project look beautiful! We have nothing but good words for AP&H Construction. Home renovation is no joke, it’s stressful, it’s expensive, it’s noisy, it’s dusty.. it completely takes over your life. However, if you have the right team like AP&H to help you through it every step of the way and calm you down and do it the RIGHT way, you will get through it and have the home of your dreams.

We were looking to renovate our outdated kitchen for a few years already, but we always put our plan on hold because finding a great construction team is really difficult. We generally hear horror stories and dissatisfaction on other construction companies. But it's a DIFFERENT story working with AP&H construction this last December 2020.

From the first encounter of getting a quote, Roy, the project manager, has always been so professional and knowledgeable. He also seems like the type of person who are on top of things, responsible, and responsive. True enough he lived up to our expectations.

Beautiful Design is included with the project and the process from the beginning of planning, the execution, and the final results are all very satisfactory for us. They made sure that we still have livable and clean space for us during the constructions. They always clean up afterwards each day, put up plastic sheets walls and taped up everything very neatly. These are very important to us, since we have a small kid. Alex , who is the foreman of the project, is very professional and awesome as well. He made sure things are going according to plan and everything goes smoothly. They are very responsive in term of any request for touch up or fixing imperfections.

Of course sometimes there are hiccups and challenges during construction, such as faulty appliances. We were so appreciative of Roy and Alex help in returning our faulty appliances to the store, and thus we were able to repurchased new appliances with no problem.

We love our new kitchen and everything finished in a timely manner. We would definitely recommend AP&H Construction to all my friends, and work with them again for the future projects. Thank you Roy and Alex.
