I only recently contacted Apex for a plumbing issue. The response time and quality of work was fantastic! So, I had Taylor come out for a couple of other large projects (install a replacement kitchen sink and install a tankless water heater). Once again, this young man's knowledge and skills proved to be outstanding. And just a few days ago (on a Friday afternoon), I discovered a leak in the water supply line just on my side of the meter. Within an hour, Taylor arrived and fixed it. And every time he comes out, he is in uniform, is neat, and very courteous. I'm sold on Apex!

Decent selection. Most of the part selection is in an employee only accessible area (apparently).

Store entrance is difficult to find. It's on the side of the building on the loading dock.

Plenty of parking. Handicap accessible (up a steap loading ramp).

Our Ac from this warehouse bought thru a contractor has not worked since received, I feel they should back the product they have in the supply house but instead customers are having to jump thru hoops just to get a working product. I definitely understand faulty products can happen but good customer service is accepting the blame on distributing the faulty items, taking responsibility and rectifying a situation. I will not be referring rheem products to any of my friends or family in the up coming future.
