Dave McCormick, a field supervisor was able to come out and assess the damage to my roof. I have a 3 story home. There has been a lot of rain and storm damage in my area. Every time it rained, water was coming into my home. Dave made his assessment. He showed me images of the problem areas and advised me I would need a new roof. Right before I passed out he explained that my insurance adjuster's assessment covered a new roof and he found some areas that needed some measurement adjustments in my favor. He told me I would only be out of my deductible. That was great news. My roof is old so I was not surprised to hear it needs to be replaced. It's just that I was seeing dollar signs floating off into the sunset. That's why it was so great to hear my only out of pocket would be my deductible. Then he said something else that was awesome. He said he would come back with some material to stop the leak until he could get started on replacing the roof. He came right back and fixed the leak, preventing further damage to my home. I thought that was fantastic. There was a heavy storm in my area about 2 or 3 days later and my home stayed dry. I will be getting my new roof within the next few weeks.

Travis at Apex is amazing. What was a scary project for us, was eased every step of the way with Travis's constant communication. He was there for the original inspection, the adjusters inspection, and the build. I would strongly recommend Travis and his team. Our house is beautiful and was completed in a timely manner. Brian Munoz and his crew did and awesome job with my siding after a tornado. They dealt with insurance through the entire process and ensured I was compensated accordingly for the work that needed to be done. There was minimal debris after the work as well and no nails/screws noticed. Would highly recommend!

We had a great experience with APEX General Contracting. They have helped us out of a time crunch with our insurance company. The representative (Kyle) spoke with us on a Friday. Very knowledgeable and friendly. The following Thursday a crew replaced the roofs on house and garage. Great work and clean up.
Again we hired APEX for our rental. Replacement of roof and gutters. The job needed extra upgrades and work. Kyle worked diligently with insurance adjuster and us. Within 2 weeks this job was completed. Great experience and we would highly recommend them!

Worked with Kyle. Came to house promised all these things, hastle carefree. Even though we had Brookens Contracting picked to do the work. During the process windows got damaged, a lot of fit and finish issues. Basically looked good at 50 feet until you look up close. Everytime I pointed out certain issues and concerns his attitude got different. At one point he said typical homeowner, always wants something for free. Didnt seem to have an issue with over 40k in work and cashing check though. He also said to me that I was a racist, even though I have a Hispanic wife and kids. That in itself should say enough. To this day, I still have damage to my windows from the demo work of the siding, that he refuses to fix a long with a few other issues that they will not take care of. Last was the gutters leaking on all different sides, been in my home 24 years never had any issues or blockage with old ones. They said someone would be out to look at it, no call no show. None of the connections are sealed and all of the old holes from previous gutters are open to the elements. They also send out sub contractors that are not permanent employees and come threw your house like a chainsaw. When I asked Kyle about issues he blamed it on them and said it wasn't their A team, I asked why we don't get them, he responded their working on bigger jobs. My opinion would be smoke and mirrors, do your homework and read reviews. Typical car salesman.
