We had a fire in our back ADU at our property in Rosemead. We had never experienced a fire before, so this whole experience was new to us, Jason, the owner of Apex, was extremely helpful answering all of our questions and putting us at ease that we could get through this difficult time. Our insurance adjuster did not make the situation easier but Apex was able to work with them and get a proper settlement for the fire damage. Philip, the account Manager assigned to our project, went way above and beyond holding our hand through the entire process, including a time when he helped change a flat tire for me, we never expected a contractor take care of us that much.
