Should be zero stars but stay away from this guy. From January 2018 - May 2018 they could not complete a bathroom and laundry room remodel. The end result was shoddy work and demanded more money, violating contract, and never showed back up to the house.

As the owner, I needed to spend four hours cleaning my garage of the debris and old food thrown about, fix the molding/attach corner round (pics shown), complete butcherblock counter installation, replace outlets, and then find a new contractor.

We had three contractors come in for quotes to clean up the bathroom and all three stated the floor (pics shown) needed to be redone as it was already cracking and tile was just placed on subfloor (so no backing), while David stated oh that's fine we will just regrout (so taking shortcuts).

Pics shown of tile in shower so grout was laid on so thick it made it look like subway tile when the tiles were supposed to have exposed beveled corners. And that stated like that for 3-4 weeks with grout just smeared on the tile, so throughout the entire month of March. We stated that was unacceptable, along with cracked and uneven tiles, it needs to be redone. David did have a crew that demo'd again the shower but coming into may only one wall was reworked and he said he could not work with us any longer because he did not want to put any more time on our project without the other half of the deposit, violating the contract that clearly states 1/2 down at beginning (given) and 1/2 at end.

David was a good talker at the beginning, promised everything, but as project got going David disappeared and so did his crew for weeks at a time, perhaps sprinkling in a three hour day once a week or every other. Never cleaned up, or put plastic down so house was always a mess inside and outside. David even promised to refund $1000 and free vanity, but of course, that was never delivered, although will be pursued as we have that proof and in the end just ended their work, breaching the contract.

Now we are stuck with rework of bathroom floor and plumbing (with piping too lose in the wall, PVC not coming out of the wall enough, and hot/cold overlapping each other through the run), and buying duplicate materials. This was supposed to be a 3-4week remodel from January 29th. Here we are in June 2018, with another contractor just finishing up. Don't make our same mistake.

These guys know what they're doing and do it quick! Very kind and considerate as well. They replaced my water heater and even though I provided incorrect details, they had the parts and tools to get the job done. They even picked up the new one for me and disposed of the old one, overall cost was very reasonable. When I had questions they were very quick to respond and always available. Great price, great work, and very helpful people. Would recommend!
