We had a land that we decided to build a home on. We reach out to several developers, and decided to go with ADI, because they were the only ones who actually listen to us. We advised we wanted nothing fancy, we wanted a humble home, simple but build to last. Marc listened to us and gave us what we asked for, he also answer all the questions we had. Building a home is a long process and we were also faced with heavy rain season, and this was all communicated to us. We have learned a lot during the build. This is a family owned business and they treat you as their family member and value the work that they do. It is nice not to work with giant development company because they did not cut corners. Marc thought of things we should do for our home that I did not think about. He values how much we wanted to spend and make sure we would not be over our budget, there were some unforeseen expenses but not do them but because of the city but we were told this may happen. For anyone building I would suggest to have some liquid cash because not everything can go into construction loan. We had amazing experience during this build.
