Dmitri and co were very professional and we had a great time working with them! They promptly responded to our initial request, gave us a fair quote, and quickly completed our garage remodeling project. Throughout the project, he was very communicative about any changes or materials that were needed. He was also very flexible with any changes that needed to be made during the project itself. I wanted a loft built in my garage, and Dmitri visited my place to measure and ask me what I wanted. I didn't have the right terminologies, but we sketched something - he was very prompt and communicative with the plans. He talked me through different options and finished it in two days! The loft is very sturdy.

We just completed a full Master bedroom / bathroom remodeling thru Dmitri company and I’m happy to rate his job with 5 stars and highly recommend him based on bullets below:
• He was always on time, he never missed a day without a warning. Keep project moving to completed in expected time. After hearing many stories that owners are chasing contractors to complete unfinished jobs, you would not be one of them with Dimitri!
• His estimates were detailed, reasonably priced and honest – no hidden fees. Whatever been discussed and agreed before beginning the project, remains the same during and after end of the project.
• All jobs that been done by Dimitri and his team was high quality and according to construction codes and regulations. All City inspections had been passed from a first try!
• No matter how good your plans are, but remodeling existing house, may bring some surprises and challenges. With Dimitri’s experience and creativity, we easily overcome all challenges. His ideas and suggestions helped us adjust our plans and build even better bathroom.

Anis Construction built our bedroom, living room addition also renovated the kitchen and bathroom. Their architect prepared all the drawings, engineering calculations and pulled the city permit. Dmitri, the manager, made the schedule so it would work with ours. He was at the job site every day, supervising his team. They were very neat, precise and following the schedule. We had some changes on our windows, doors and kitchen design during the construction and Dmitri was always very attentive to our desires and fulfilled them as much as possible, so everything would be in accordance with standards and codes.
The job was very smooth and they finished it in three and a half months exactly as planned.
We were very happy working with Anis Construction, we will definitely hire them again and would recommend to anyone.

Dmitri renovated my kitchen that I like very much. He made some wonderful suggestions which we incorporated into the design and I am so happy that we did. Project was completed on time. The quality of work is high.
