We build the Oxford with the Longview look and we can’t stop getting compliments and positive reviews from Neighbors and Facebook family and friends. Kyle our project manager was assuring and encouraging throughout the whole process. He got us in our home during our Anniversary of 27 years which made it even more special. Heather and Ken amazing as well. Once I saw how everything came together I was sold. Truly professional. We are still smiling from ear to ear and with Gods grace keep blessing us and AHP.

When I decided to pull the trigger on building, I did not take it lightly. I researched and met with several builders to bring my vision for my forever home a reality. From the moment I walked into the office to meet with Heather Mitchell and Ken Jackson to the last steps of Doug Smith handing the keys over to my dream home was for the most part a smooth ride. Of course, there were bumps in the road mainly with contractors but having Doug as the project manager over the build process really streamlined the process. His communication was impeccable, and he kept me in the loop with just about every aspect of the job, of course I lived at the location where the house was being built so I stayed on top of everything going on so when something went wrong or was not right, I could send my concerns to Doug. If there was a hold up or something wrong Doug was upfront and straight with me letting me know exactly what the hold up or the problem was. Anytime I had issues with the contractors work he would make sure they were back on the job correcting any problems and there were several mishaps in the process but in the end it all came together.
Heather was so patient and very Intune to every step of the design. The communication and her commitment to the project made me feel like I was her only customer. She took the time to research, make calls to vendors and help me design the dream home I had visioned for so long. I could not have done this build without her expertise in the design and her suggestion in selections of the fixtures.
I also need to give a big thanks to AJ the fixer.. He has been very responsive with those small mishaps or adjustment that are found after moving in. He has been very responsive and eager to make sure they are taken care of, and I am satisfied.
AHP is dedicated to their clients and committed to satisfaction at every level of the build . If I had to do this process again, I would absolutely choose AHP. Thanks to a committed team of experts for building my forever home.

Communication is an important part of a new home build. From the first meeting until the final last items, the commutation has been great. Ken and Heather were great to work with during the plan decision, finishes selection and a couple of changes. Doug was equally helpful and communicated each Monday on what progress was scheduled for the week. Doug was receptive to our feedback and our weekly questions. We chosen Americas home place to build our forever home at the end of last year. The house was totally finished at the end of May of 2024. There were a lot of weather delays.We worked with Kyle on our project. We are very happy to say, that working with Kyle was and is a pleasure. He has and is on top of things. Any minor repairs, are taken care of in a timely manor. I would recommend Americas Home Place to build your home.

I happen to find American home place from my real estate agent and I’m glad she did because right from the start they made it an easy process. One of my main concerns was that the house would be finished by Thanksgiving so I can have Thanksgiving dinner with all my children and grandchildren and they said that they’ll try their best, not only did they do their best but they finish four months earlier to my surprise. I never seen a house built so quickly And even though they were fast their workmanship was still top-notch.
Our project manager Kyle Schmitt was a great guy to work with. He was prompt getting back to us when we emailed him with any questions and took care of any issues that we may of had. He even took care of certain little details that we didn’t even notice so I feel grateful for having him.
It was a great experience and Highly recommend for anyone wanting to build a home to consider them.

As a young adult building a home, this was all new to me. AHP was very helpful during this process. They provided explicit details about the different floor plans and all that was included. Mr. Douglas Smith, Mrs. Heather Mitchell, and Mr. Kenneth Jackson did an amazing job in making sure I customized my dream home exactly how I wanted it. I had many roadblocks that came up during the process, but they had the patience of Job and worked through all the roadblocks with me. AHP works hard to make sure their customers are satisfied. If I had to do this process again, I wouldn't want to do it with any other company. I was well pleased with the final masterpiece!!!
