If I could give less than one star I would. I would also recommend staying away from this business. I have been in communication with them for over 6 months. Nela is not responsive, just ignores texts, emails, phone calls etc. All I ask for is an update or next steps and I get no response. I am shocked and appalled by the blatant ignoring of communication. I am begging to give them money to fix my house and they just ignore? Wasted 6 months getting strung along by their team with zero to show for it, just a complete waste of time.
