AFS came out and did everything I could have asked for and then some. I'm not an expert but the job looked thoroughly completed, passed inspection with ease and the end result was as shown. Nate and his team did some above and beyond tasks to get the job completed and for all of my requests simply responded with sure, that's not problem. Great crew to work with.

Jayme came for the initial quote and to measure for beams. The day of the install, I was told they'd be here morning to mid morning. They showed up about 3:oo pm and said their previous job ran long. They came in through the back door, which was the shortest way into the basement. They laid down floor protection material from the back door all the way to the unfinished portion of the basement. They passed the beams thru a basement window. (2) bricks had shifted around a window. They dug out the soil around the window by hand, and reset those bricks. I can not tell that they even did any work outside as they did a great job of cleaning up. They stayed until the job was complete, about 7:30 pm. Joe and his crew worked very hard and I'm very happy with the result.

They should get a 10 star. My father-in-law has had water problems for years. They did an awesome job. Very professional, friendly, answered any questions we had, cleaned up with everything looking like before they started. They really know their stuff. These guys hauling 5 gallon pails up the basement stairs had to be tired. Drop cloths on the steps and plastic over all the doorways to keep the dust contained. I would recommend them in a heartbeat.

AFS repaired 2 of our basement walls this week. Jayme and his crew did an excellent job of straightening and strengthening the walls inside and out. Turned out great and passed inspection without any issues. They were efficient and professional and did a great job cleaning up afterwards. I would recommend them to anyone needing basement wall repairs of any scope.

We were very lucky to be introduced to Lyle because of a referral to American Foundation Specialist from our neighbor who used them. Lyle was honest and very upfront on what work would need to be done. He explained in detail step by step the process of drain tile repair. During the repair work, Mike and his awesome crew was able to answer any questions we had. While the job was in process, Mike took the time to show us what our repaired drain tile looked like before covering it up with concrete. During our estimate with Lyle, it was brought to our attention that more drain tile may need to be laid. After inspection it was determined that more was needed. My husband and I were very impressed that Mike and his crew started the unexpected repair work after 5 pm on a Friday night non the less. And came back on a Saturday to complete the work. They left our house in good order and cleaned up well. We would highly recommend this company! Thanks American Foundation for making a not so fun situation pleasurable!!!

Awesome, efficient and courteous service was provided by everyone we were in communication with at American Foundation Specialists. Lyle was very patient in answering all of our questions and we appreciated his honesty in assessing our basement situation. We were selling our home, and needed some major work done, which AFS's crew did an excellent job of at a fair price. An additional, smaller, unexpected repair (my fault for thinking my washing machine was just leaking) came up which we needed completed quickly, as our closing date was fast approaching. The crew from AFS arrived early the next morning and completed the job. I highly recommend AFS!
