Recently, we had a pipe burst on our second floor causing water to leak down to our first floor through the ceiling and walls. Our plumber stopped the leak. We called American Craftsman Restoration to stop and fix the water damage. We called them and received a very, quick response from their representative Sean. He investigated the water damage and set up equipment to contain and dry out the damage. Subsequently, Kristian and Zoubier followed up with Sean to assist in fixing the problem. All of these representatives were outstanding, professional, well mannered and cordial. They were absolute craftsman (no pun intended with business name) who had to remove wall panels for drying purposes and preventing mold. Their craftsmanship was shown in how neat and clean they were in the above processes. During every step of the process they explained what was going on. American Craftsman EMS department recently responded to a flood I had from a broken pipe. They managed to bring all the drying equipment and fans. They placed it so responsibly and safely taping down all the cords, and checked on it every day. Because of their professional and responsible work it appears that my hardwood floors have been saved. We unfortunately had an upstairs leak in our home that resulted in an insurance claim and American Craftsman Restoration was the company referred to us by our insurance company.

I was immediately impressed by Brian who came out to write up our estimate. He was on time and I immediately felt that we were going to be take care of by experts. Having your home torn up is awful, everything is out of place, drywall and ceilings removed as well as carpet. Brian answered every question I had (and I had a lot of questions) and did so very politely and competently.

Once we were ready for the work to begin Walt, our Foreman came out (once again right on time) and did a walk through with us, and went over all the repairs to be done in detail. Again, we felt that the knowledge and care to take care of our home and us was excellent.

Once the work began, it was John and his team who handled the majority of all of our repairs. They again we on time every single day. All of the work that they performed were done with great care and the quality was exceptional.

Our team from American Craftsman were ALWAYS on time, responsive to phone calls, emails and texts. Not only was the quality of work excellent, but all of our encounters with our team (even those whom I only spoke to on the phone at the office) were excellent.
