I contacted AMC because I needed a licensed contractor for my property in escrow. The property had some lender-required repairs that were time-sensitive and needed to be done professionally. I called Asif and explained my situation to him. He instantly scheduled a next-day appointment for an estimate. He met at the property the following day which was Saturday in a timely fashion gave me an estimate and right when I said yes started work. By Sunday afternoon I received his call that repairs were completed. I was shocked but happy. The repairs done by him have helped clear my lender requirements and we are closing on time. I was very pleased and would work with him again.

Amazing work by AMC building my new House in Beverly Hills. AMC made the whole process so smooth and were always available to answer any questions.
Exceptional customer service and finished it 2 months earlier. I made some changes along the way but they did not give me any change orders to the original contract.
5 stars for me and highly recommend them.

It is always a pleasure working with AMC Developers Corp. Did everything they said they were going to do, and finished in a timely manner. We had a great experience with them. Specially with Asif! If you are neighbor be careful, they will dump concrete all over your property and then you have to sue the landlord via small claims to get them to clean it up. They dumped concrete all over our side and didn't reply to our messages.

We had water damage and they handled all insurance paperwork and repaired our house within a 10 days. love their professional and very nice workforce. would love to recommend to all my family and friends. Bravo!!!

They simply started adding bricks on our wall and trespassing our property. No communication. Initially they wanted us to pay $20k to fix a wall which later they claimed to be theirs. Either they are scammers or trespassers or confused people. Other neighboring landlords beware.
