Our experience with Ambati properties was hands down the easiest, quickest rental process ever. From start to finish, it took about 2 weeks: that’s it. BeeJay was so communicative, and as sweet as could be! She literally went out of her way to help us rent the house that we wanted and ensured we could have our fur babies! they used all of my deposit just to fix up their houses and charge for a full paint job after living in the house 3 years. they would never do a move out walk through. I had an appointment scheduled and the lady never showed up. They charged me for September 1st when keys were handed over August 31. The keys were handed over in better condition then when I moved into the property.
