This is a phenomenal, professional company to work with from start to finish. From the beginning of asking for the estimate, they are friendly and thorough, and its easy to see they know what they are doing. Then when the workers show up they are quiet, hard working, skilled and professional, and leave a clean work space daily, I loved that. Thru out the process I was updated daily with pictures and comments and then again weekly. the customer updates and contact is amazing, I was never left wondering what next. The office staff is fantastic, when you reach out, they reply quickly. All around the best customer service company out there when we seem to be falling into a world of poor service, its great to see that is not the case with them in any part of the process. Highly recommend !

Alyeska builders truly has the most stream lined system of updates, photos and communication of any contractor I’ve worked with, they were on top of every question, patient with slow communication on my part and most importantly they did a simply fantastic job removing old decaying sealant from our concrete countertop and resealing it as well as installing a brand new sink! Highly recommend them for your next project!

Alyeska Builders offer a level of customer service, attention to detail, communication, and workmanship that is second to none! They masterfully have helped us with numerous projects and continue to show us that they are a company that value their customers and have went above and beyond our expectations every time.

We had a house fire in our rental property. Alyeska Builders came over immediately and checked out the house and got right to work on the process of restoring our house. They helped make the process go by smoothly from handling everything with our insurance company. They were quick to respond back to any questions we had. They went above and beyond on the excellent work done to our house and fought for us with the insurance company on things that needed to be done correctly that the adjuster didn’t initially think needed to be fix since the fire happened in the middle of winter. I highly recommend Alyeska Builders. They are a great business and great people! They outcome of the house was gorgeous.

I have worked with Alyeska Builders on two remodel projects and they have been amazing! Their work is top notch and they gave a finished product of exactly what I wanted. They are respectful to any timelines you might have. I would and will absolutely hire them again and I will recommend them to anyone needing a contractor.

Alyeska Builders is by far, the worst company I have ever had the experience of working with. I hired them after a house flood to do a full remodel of the sheetrock, paint, and trim work in my small, custom built home in Fairbanks. After many, many months of delays, excuses, and poor quality of workmanship, these images are examples of what they left me with. I had read their google reviews, found their website to be very professional, and hired them. The photos are of completed work they did which clearly shows the quality of their work. In addition to them rehanging water damaged trim boards (yet billing my insurance for new boards) the skill of the workers was severely lacking. They had taped down floor protectant to my concrete floors, which then resulted in the sealant being stripped up when they removed the tape. They refused to correct the additional damage they had done, or correct the shoddy work, saying they would not return to the job site until I paid them in full. This was a direct violation of the contract we had signed that required 50% down to start the job and 50% paid upon completion of the work. Their excuse, "You are too difficult of a customer." Interestingly enough, after meeting with the owners to do a final walk-through of the home, Dan Rady said, "80% of the work my guys did is good!" Hmm...I'm not sure why they think anyone would be okay with 80% but this was their attitude. They had also subcontracted their buddies at Blackhawk Works to do dirt work in my driveway. When it was all said and done, Alyeska Builders and their subcontractors tried to bill me and my insurance company for work and materials they did NOT do, they tore up ALL of the satellite coax cables that went to both of my homes on the property and to the dish (three in total), they did additional damages to the home inside, they hit the corner of my home with the dozer, they left the propane on in the kitchen one day, which could have blown up the house had I not gone by to check it, and they tried to hold my house hostage until I paid them in full. The saddest part of it all is that I found their work crew to be very kind. The owners of the company however are extremely manipulative and are committing insurance fraud. This town is way to small and this kind of behavior will come back to bite them in the end.
