We had hail damage late May 2024 and filed claim with Allstate for repairs. Altitude Contracting was recommended to me and I was not disappointed with the results. Repairs included new roofing, gutters, and painting touch-up. Since we have solar panels, these needed to be removed and replaced which lengthened the process considerably. Kyle Schroder, our project manager with Altitude, kept us informed and up to date throughout the process which stretched into November 2024. We were very pleased throughout with his service and the overall professionalism of Altitude Contracting.

My home got hit hard with hail in June 2023. Having never dealt with a homeowner's insurance claim before, I felt overwhelmed and stressed. Alex with Altitude guided me through the process and pointed out damage to my property that I had no idea was there (even though it was obvious once you saw it). He came to my home when the adjuster came to ensure nothing was missed and he stayed on top of the entire process. I got my new roof installed last week and I am SO SO SO happy with how it turned out!!! The color I selected looks better than I hoped for (Alex brought samples over a couple of weeks before install) and it looks crisp and clean. Honestly. the entire house looks better. Before install, Alex made sure the required permit was posted. The crew arrived at 7:00 am on the dot which I really appreciate as I needed to get to work but wanted to be sure they were set. Alex sent me progress pics throughout the day and the crew repaired a badly rotted area over my front door that I didn't know was there. I arrived at home at 5:30 pm and they were DONE with just a little clean up to go. I couldn't believe these guys did my entire roof AND detached garage in one day. Granted, it's only a total of about 2,000 square feet, but still!! Johnny was the crew lead and he was super professional and friendly. I highly recommend Altitude. I could not ask for a better roofing company. Thank you!

We asked our neighbor Alex, owner of Altitude Contracting, to check a gutter leak recently. Upon inspection, he noticed significant roof damage from a 2024 hailstorm that we were unaware of. A claim was submitted to our insurance company. Alex took at least 30 pictures and was here the day the adjuster came out. He walked the entire roof line with him pointing out all of the damage. The claim was approved, and our new roof and gutters were completed last week.

Alex was absolutely amazing to work with. He furnished color samples, secured the permit, and completed the required insurance paperwork accurately and promptly. His crews arrived on time and are all extremely hard working, caring and friendly workers. They did an excellent and timely job replacing our roof and gutters and a remarkable clean up job. Alex also stopped by to check their work taking more pictures of their progress.

Our roof was inspected today. The inspector told us that everything looked perfect, and ours was one of the best flashing jobs around the chimney that he's ever seen.

We love the color of our new roof and could not be more pleased with the entire process. Alex is extremely professional, meticulous and thorough. We will be using his company to paint the trim on our house in the near future.

Not only did Alex initially come out to inspect my home for hail damage. Alex took the time to return to and meet with the claim adjuster. Alex was definitely an advocate for me and pointed out damage the adjuster may have missed. Alex was on top of the project the whole time assisting me in navigating through the process with the insurance company as well as the mortgage company. He was resourceful in many aspects and it made my life so much easier in what would have been extremely challenging. On top of that, he and his crew did an amazing job with all the work performed. I have received many compliments on the work. He definitely takes pride in detail and worked well with things I may have wanted changed and/or updated. Altitude contracting was amazing! We hired them in the spring of 2022 to do a complete surface remodel of our house: roof, exterior paint, interior paint, kitchen cabinets repainted, countertops, backsplash and refinish wood floors. They were fast, reliable, and did an amazing job--all with a competitive bid on the work provided. All of the employees were kind, careful and respectful of our home. Alex was incredibly responsive and thorough--making sure we were happy every step of our project. Our friends and neighbors couldn't believe the scope of work accomplished within a month timeframe and everyone was very impressed with their work! Would recommend them again and again! Taylor and his crew did an excellent and very professional job for us. Even the county inspector commented to me about the high quality materials and workmanship they provided. They were flexible with timing needed by the insurance company and they worked with the adjuster to make sure everything was covered and completed. They did the tear off of the old roof, new roof installation, and inspections all in one day. Can't recommend them highly enough...would give them 6 stars if I could.

I was in need of some rain diverters as well as some gutter work and found Altitude Contracting online. I submitted my inquiry on their website and Alex contacted me shortly thereafter. After coming out for estimates, Alex was able to work with my schedule and get the work on the calendar and taken care of.
