My parents have always used Alpine Electric for all their electrical needs. Dated back to about 20 years ago. My stepdad had an awesome report with them. However, recently my stepdad has passed away, but always told my mother, “ You stick with them, they’re good people”.
Just recently we had to have some outlets reassessed due to my mother’s oxygen machine. We called Alpine they came out and troubleshooted some possibilities. However, the techs didn’t have the necessary equipment to finish the job. They said they would be back the next day. Things ended up being a couple days later. Got the job done. Got the bill…. Almost $700 later. I called Mike ( I guess Mike is the boss man…. Idk) concerned with the amount of the bill. Right off the bat he was very defensive before I could even explain some things. His first words were “ I don’t understand how you think this should be any cheaper?” I asked what the mark up was on the fan that we had the guys pick up for us at Ace Hardware. We had checked online the fan that was brought to us was only $69.00. Mike said it was $130. That there was no mark up…..I told him the bill would get paid as it always has been in the past, but that I just wanted some clarification on some things. I asked him for an itemized bill. He said he would send one out and hung up on me. Mike, if you don’t have management etiquette to run a business than step down. You are rude as hell. Once our dealings are done with this action we are done with your company. It really sucks cuz you have some of the most awesome guys working for you/ under you. They are so professional, kind and knowledgeable about their jobs. where you are not. You as a person should not be running a business if you know that people are going to have questions.

I called to get a estimate for some work. I waited a good two weeks giving them time to get back to me. I called and said they didn't have the correct information. So I yave it again. Its been almost 2 months and um still waiting for them to get back to me. Why take a call and say you offer a service when you won't even come out to give a estimate?

Adam showed up on time. Rapud diagnosis of the problem after through assessment and he went to work and fixed it! Bamm!! Gave me his cellphone number since e he was working close by.

I tried for over 4 weeks to get an estimate on a residential service upgrade. I always heard the same thing, "we'll call you back". Nothing ever happened. If you are too busy to accept more work tell the potential customer right away. Very unprofessional.
