The team was excellent from Aaron, senior assessor to Armando, the site supervisor. Chris the project supervisor was communicative as well. The team was timely, clean and professional. They were transparent about the process and kept us apprised of the progress. They shepherded the whole process (site assessment, plans, city permit, etc). They gave themselves 20 working days and completed the foundation work and cripple wall construction in 11 working days. Very pleased with the job as was very much needed. The city inspector signed of on the work today. Suggest you use them to for your housing needs

Damien with Alpha Structural came to my house to assess foundation concerns we had. The process to schedule an assessment was easy and I appreciated the email with all the appointment information (thanks Jocelyn!). Damien showed up right on time. We truly appreciated his candor and expertise. He spent unhurried time with us offering advice and answering many questions. When it was determined that our issues did not require the extensive repairs we originally feared, Damien went out of his way to help us find a solution to the problem we do have, even knowing we weren't going to book with him. Thank you so much! And if I ever am in a situation where I need Alpha Structural's services, I will definitely call them!

I worked with Alpha once before, and they assisted with a second project 2 years ago which, now finally completed, I'm able to write a review about. Alpha helped with structural plans for windows in a garden level unit in order to prepare the proposal for city approval. Alpha is a big company and it took them a little while to complete everything; however I can certainly say that the engineer and contact people were knowledgeable and thorough. The plans were approved with their help and now that the unit is permitted for occupancy, the windows are a lovely attribute to the space.

I cannot praise this organization more highly. The job was repouring and resloping a driveway and adding a channel drain that had a difficult drainage problem and had caused leaking into the foundation with dry rot. One contractor botched it, another refused it because of the complexity, another did not understand the issue. Aldo from Alpha Structural came to estimate it and immediately understood the issue and explained the work proposed. It was not the quick fix I had hoped but it was the exact right solution. Everything ran like clockwork. Lorena the office manager scheduled (and rescheduled at my request) the work efficiently and had close communications with Marco the project manager and Francisco the foreman. The work was done well, efficiently, cleanly and on time. I couldn’t be more satisfied, not just with the work but with everyone who worked together as a very professional team.

My incredible experience started with Brad Nestler, Senior Assessor & only got better.
Brad is very calm & knowledgeable. He assessed the problem in my basement we”re our foundation. We agreed on the work that needed to be done. 2 gentlemen Daniel & Dennis did the work without any issues or problems. They are a great team. Another person, Ernesto was quite helpful & answered any questions. Daniel & Dennis went above & beyond & always cleaned the area before they went home. I will use Alpha Structural again for any work I need done.
