We used Lucas and his team to install a massive salt finish concrete driveway on our home and I have nothing but positive things to say about the entire experience! Lucas knows lines and knows what “looks good”! All the curves of the border and lines inside it made the finished product what it is! He made the concrete match the current patio color poured 10 years prior. We had him and his crew glaze the front and back porches to match the new driveway and I would highly recommend doing the same for your driveway, it looks so finished and feels smooth under your feet. They installed conduit for electricity and even installed drains for the gutters to connect into delivering runoff lower in my yard. His crew was on time everyday, worked hard and left the place as neat as they found it! His vision really helped make our house complete and if you’re looking for the best concrete team out there with great prices who can get the job done right and on-time, look no further! A+ experience and we highly recommend Alpha Building!

Lucas and his entire team were professional from the beginning of the project until its completion. He was very patient with my wife and I as we experienced our first major home remodel. He answered all of our questions and was very thorough in his responses as he helped us navigate through this sometimes stressful process. When he was done with our remodel, we couldn't have been more pleased. We have received many compliments from friends and neighbors and absolutely love the new addition. We would not hesitate to use his services again in the future. Highly recommend!

My wife and I are both civil engineers. By nature we pay close attention to the details and have high expectations. Lucas communicates clearly and promptly. He fulfilled his commitments and treated our house as if it was his home. No shortcuts and considered long term care. He also practiced flexibility as we made changes. He did not nickel and dime us as we made adjustments. Overall Alpha Building Company’s quality of work surpassed our high expectations. We highly recommend this company.

I would give Lucas and his business a 10 star rating if I could. Him and his team did great work on the exterior of my house. From concrete to landscaping, they did an awesome job. Would definitely recommend and use for any other projects in the future. Communication and quality all the way thru the whole project . Everything he said he was going to do got done and more.

The siding on the south side of my house was badly damaged and I knew I needed to replace it, but I had also been looking at the energy inefficiency of my home and thought it might be a good time to replace and upgrade siding on the entire house. I contacted Lucas of Alpha Building Co. and he gave me a quote to replace just the siding on the south side and also one to replace siding on the entire house. Lucas encouraged me to research and to consider additional energy saving measures that could be incorporated into the residing process if that's what I wanted to do. I decided to do the entire house and give some of these energy saving measures a try.
Work done included the removal of the old siding, replacing any damaged insulation and adding insulation where there was none, rehabing some poorly installed windows to allow for installing the new trim and siding and adding a layer of plywood over the insulation. A radiant barrier, vapor barrier, and rain screen were installed, before the trim and Hardi plank siding went on. The entire house and trim were then painted. My house looks great! The crew's attention to detail is obvious in the meticulous caulking, trim bases for the exterior lights and other details. My house already feels more comfortable and I am anxious to see how my PG&E bills will compare in the upcoming year. Lucas, the owner, is very knowledgeable and his crews were polite and hard working. Construction can be stressful and my experience with Alpha Building Company was very pleaseant and practically stressfree. I highly recommend them

Lucas has a great team that showed up on time every time. He built us a seven foot high wall 284 linear feet.The wall came out fantastic better than I imagined. Very professional.
Will use Lucas again. Lucas was easy to work with. He returned phone calls right away. Whenever there was a problem he responded and took care of it.
He was very adamant about keeping our place clean and not to break down our existing landscaping. He is considerate and conscientious and worked well with my husband and myself. We highly recommend Alpha Building Company.

I have stamped concrete patios in both my front and back yards that have not had a new sealer on them for several years and they looked bad. Lucas came out and looked them over, told me what he could and could not do and gave me an estimate. I was not optimistic that anyone could make them look like new but was hoping they would at least look better.
When Lucas finished the job the patios looked amazing. So much better than I was expecting. They worked really hard on getting everything right and I'm very pleased with the work . I would definitely recommend to anyone looking for concrete work.

Services were provided for the Meadow Vista Community Center. Work included the removal and reuse of doors, installing blocking in the restrooms for the future toilet partitions, rework a door opening into the main hall to comply with ADA requirements and frame in a temporary wall at 22’ x 14’ stage opening. The work was performed on schedule and completed well ahead of schedule. They also framed in a couple of additional items without an additional charge. I would highly recommend Alpha Building Company
