The morning sun shines on the newly built patio cover by ARP. It casts beautiful striped shadows on the aluminum beams. It is like a work of art, a very satisfying masterpiece. Why we chose APR among contractors, because they make us feel professional and at ease. They have liability insurance, high-quality materials, efficiency, a close-knit team (Mervyn, Sebastian, Maria, Judi), high professional standards and reasonable prices. We are very happy to have the Jesus team. They removed the old patio cover neatly and accurately built the foundation and columns. What's more exciting is that Doug installed the elitewood patio cover. His high professionalism and sense of professional honor make him strive for excellence in his work. We hope there will be more companies with the spirit of APR in this country.

EXCELLENT quality design, materials, workmanship, and service during all stages of demolition of an old patio cover and construction of a new one! Unlike several competitors who proposed to copy the old patio cover design, which was not up to building code, All Pro expertly redesigned the patio cover to comply with current engineering standards for structural integrity to withstand 115 mph winds. The new design included steel support beams and six steel footings anchored three feet deep in the earth (instead of superficially mounted on a concrete patio slab) as well as a roof mount instead of a wall mount, which eliminated nesting sites for hornets and birds and a run-way for rats to scurry along under the eaves. The roof mount also elevated the latticework ceiling of the patio cover in a breathtaking way, creating the optical illusion of more land in the backyard and greatly enhancing the value of the home. The demolition crew HAND DUG three foot trenches for the steel footings to avoid damaging sprinkler lines and roots of mature plants. Who hand digs anymore? The scheduler took pains to accommodate the work of other contractors during an interim period of fumigation and Bondo repairs. This company is highly distinguished in its professionalism. The materials they use--steel beams, steel rods, and EliteWood aluminum--have a true lifetime (30 year) transferable warranty, unlike competitor products (Aluma Wood, Duralum, etc.), whose warranty is voided by a long list of exclusions, such as normal weather conditions, air pollution, condensation, mildew, etc. Thank God American pride of work has not perished! All Pro has a lifelong customer and ecstatic promoter in me. Long may they prosper!

We are so happy with the arbor that All Pro Remodeling built!! It was a replacement for a 24-year-old wooden arbor that we loved, but had finally succumbed to wood rot. All Pro was professional, communicative and patient with our timeline and questions.

Their engineer, Sebastian, helped us design an arbor that looked exactly like our last one and the installer, Oscar, was amazing with his precision and attention to detail. Such a wonderful experience all around. Worth 10 stars if possible!

Very nice work! Good communication. Good value. We worked through some minor issues since no construction goes exactly as planned but we are quite pleased with how our patio cover enhances our outdoor space. Our installer, Doug, is a master problem-solver and craftsman, and cares about the finished product. Disappointed... All-Pro Remodeling were very quick to start and quick to take your money but once the jobs is done you're not priority anymore. They quickly bang out a Four Season patio room in a few days in Lakewood. But, 4.9 years later the roof started to leak and shorted the electrical with heavy rain, I was still under warranty for another month. I had a hard time trying to get someone to come and tend to the issue. They said their crew were too busy and don't have any one available or close to Lakewood. After waiting a couple of weeks someone finally came and quickly tended to the roof leaky but forgot the electrical outage. Many times I called and waited for someone to return to fix the electrical but they keep telling me the same: our crew are too busy and we don't have anyone near the Lakewood area. It was hard enough to get service the 1st time but after several calls, days and weeks of waiting I gave up and my warranty was up. This company gave a great 1st impression, especially with all these fancy reviews but once they're done and paid up, you're done too!

Just a heads up for anyone needing a new patio cover. We had All-Pro Remodeling from Tustin do ours and it turned out absolutely beautiful. We were impressed by their entire team from Greg (sales), to Eric and Abraham (in their showroom), and finally the one man dynamo Douglass who did all the construction-- an artisan with great attention to detail.  These guys are knowledgeable and top notch! If you want it done and done right-- call them.

It took them a 1 1/2 years to build the patio cover. Their excuse, supply chain issues. They tried to substitute a different color of white into that, which didn't match. I have solar powered louvers, and they just put in the 3rd battery because they don't know which ones are charged in their warehouse. I was assured this won't happen now because it was charged before they installed it. They bought a charger.

They redid my kitchen cabinets put in counter tops sinks everything, the work was not even, my husband had to fix and finish, they went over 2 months from their contracted time. This was done sometime ago, however it still gives me anxiety when I think about it, I hope they have improved...Hi I'm trying to take this review off of AlPro I put it on the wrong company, if anyone sees this please disregard my review. They did do my patio and we love it, been up for a while now and we are really enjoying it
